The Need for
Community—Gathering Together

So many times
people excuse away their need to attend church.
But Jesus tells us not to forsake assembling together with others
because He know of that tendency.
(Hebrews 10:25)
God instructs us
to do life TOGETHER. For openers, it’s
because we all need strong encouragement.
We get that through on another.
(Ecclesiastes 4:9-12) This is
even more important as the time of Messiah’s return draws near.
One excuse people
use for not meeting together is hypocrisy.
But God speaks to us through one another. He uses imperfect people to direct each
other. We need to work to fit in with
one another. Every single one of us
needs encouragement, instruction, and reminders. But we must humble ourselves
to receive that from one another.
